MUSKWE JOINS ENGLISH CHAMPIONSHIP SIDE, WYCOMBE ON ANOTHER LOAN MOVE
Leicester city and Zimbabwe Warriors forward Admiral Muskwe has joined English Championship side Wycombe Wanderers F. C on loan until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old who has been capped four times by the Warriors was in prolific goal scoring form for Leicester City Development squad ever since he returned from his initial loan move at League Two side Swindon Town where he helped them for promotion to the third tier.
Muskwe has played eight games for LCFC’s Development Squad this season scoring six goals in all competitions.
He will continue his development in a much more competitive English second tier league as he seek to make his big break into the English premier league.
Wycombe Wanderers manager Gareth Ainsworth believes Muskwe has the qualities to fit well in his team.
“Admiral has all the attributes to be a success in our side and help us score more goals in our survival efforts this season,” said Ainsworth.
“He’s quick, good with his feet, strong physically and a great goalscoring record, all of which means we believe he can fit well into the way we play and develop his game by benefitting from playing Championship football,” said Wycombe Wanderers boss.
The Zimbabwean could make his Wycombe Wanderers debut on Saturday as they take on host Preston North End in the Emirates FA cup.
