Musona Named In Another Saudi Pro League Team Of The Week

Former Zimbabwe Warriors skipper Knowledge Musona was once again named in Roshni Saudi league after yet another impressive performance for Al-Tai in the week twenty four.

The 32-year-old Al-Tai captain made it to the Roshni Saudi League best eleven of the week after registering an assist in their 1-0 win over Abha on Thursday.

Musona who also created the most goal scoring chances on the field after recording five key passes during the match, beat his markers in the box before making a clever cut-back to Amira Sayoud who finished cooly in the 25th minutes to score the only goal of the match.

The assist is Musona’s eighth of the season – third best in the league after Paraguay’s Kaku and Brazilian international midfielder Igor Coronado who have 13 and 9 assists respectively.

Musona has had a mega campaign for Al-Tai in the Saudi professional league this season scoring 6 goals and eight assist so far in 24 matches and has been named in the Roshni Saudi League Team of the week by Sofarscore for the fifth time now.
