Antonio Scores In KV Mechelen Season Finale

Bill Antonio scored his first Belgian Pro-league goal for KV Mechelen since recovering from a long-term injury as they drew 2-2 against FCV Dender in the season finale encounter on Saturday.

The 22-year-old former Dynamos winger has been on a long road to recovery, having been sidelined for nearly a year due to an ACL injury. His return to the pitch in January 2025 was met with optimism from fans and teammates alike, as he had been a key player for KV Mechelen before his injury.
