Watch: Nyasha Mushekwi Scored The Fastest Goal In The Chinese Super League

Nyasha Mushekwi scored the fastest goal in the Chinese Super League this season as he netted after just 38 seconds in Zhejiang’s 1-1 draw away to Shanghai Port on Saturday.

The 34-year-old veteran forward’s goal came after receiving the ball from the center circle and made a solo run into the 18-yard box, beating three defenders before releasing a thunderbolt into the net to record the fastest goal of the season so far and one of the fastest goals in the Chinese Super League history.

It was only Mushekwi’s fourth goal of the season in ten appearances so far for Zhejiang.

In the 2012 season, Shanghai SIPG faced Jiangsu Suning (Jiangsu Sainty) and Jixiang opened the goal in 7 seconds, creating the fastest scoring record in the history of the Chinese Super League. This record is still standing by now.
