Hadebe Scores High Marks On Huston Debut

Zimbabwe Warriors defender Teenage Hadebe convinced all and sundry about his quality after an impressive Huston Dynamo debut on Tuesday night (UCT GMT-7 ) in the (MLS) Major League Soccer.

According to Sofarscore, the 25-year-old who was deployed at the center-back played the whole 90 minutes made 53 touches, tallied 73% pass accuracy, made three clearances, had two interceptions and won 7/10 duels as Huston Dynamo hold Vancouver Whitecaps to a nil all draw.

Hadebe was given the start partnering captain Tim Parker at the back. The partnership proved solid as they combined well to keep a clean sheet away from home.

The former Yeni Malatyaspor defender was high on confidence taking his handbrake off few times to add more attacking potency, but was more dominant on the left side of the pitch where he broke up much of the opposition attack.

With the draw away to Vancouver, Huston Dynamo are crawling back on their feet after a 2-0 defeat to Seattle Sounders on the 7th of July. They now occupy 9th position on the log with 16 points from 14 games.

Hadebe joined Huston Dynamo on the 28th of June and had been waiting for the outcome of his visa to mark his MLS debut.

Their next fixture is on the 25th of July away to San Jose to complete two away games in a row.
