Chirewa Quickly Establishing Himself At Wolves
Wolvermpton Wanderers new signing Tawanda Chirewa has settled perfectly into his new environment – as if he was tailor-made for the club after a commendable start to life at the old gold.
The highly-rated teenage sensation was on target for Wolves under-23s as they beat Leeds united 2-0 in the Premier league two encounter to record his first goal for the team after three matches.
The goal comes after Chirewa’s good performance on his debut against Norwich where he came in as a substitute to give an assist in their 2-1 win.
He went on to start again in his second match for the club as they unfortunately lost 2-0 to Liverpool on the 24th of September 2023 which was their last match before taking on Wolves.
The England-born youngster with Zimbabwean heritage has a total of two goal contribution in three matches so far for Wolves reserve side ever since joining the team from Ipswich Town during mid September 2023.
James Collins’ side play Bournemouth in their next Premier League 2 encounter.
