{"id":931,"date":"2021-01-31T16:31:00","date_gmt":"2021-01-31T16:31:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/soca263updates.com\/?p=931"},"modified":"2021-02-01T04:56:09","modified_gmt":"2021-02-01T04:56:09","slug":"munetsi-on-the-brink-of-joining-derby-county","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/soca263updates.com\/?p=931","title":{"rendered":"Munetsi On The Brink Of Joining Derby County"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>English Championship side Derby County are close to finalising a loan move for Zimbabwe Warriors and Stade De Reims defensive midfielder Nyasha Marshall Munetsi before the transfer window closes on Monday night<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derby County manager Wayne&nbsp;Rooney is looking to bolster his squad and has confirmed they will be players arriving to the squad before the transfer window closes on Monday night. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;There will be players coming in in the next 48 hours,&#8221; Rooney confirmed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I am hoping to have players in, I am fairly confident there will be (players in).&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We are quite far down the line with a few players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to French publication RMC, Derby County have already made an offer for the 24-year-old former Orlando Pirates midfielder and is expected to head to the United Kingdom on Monday to finalise the deal after agreeing personal terms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Munetsi has not been part of Reims&#8217; match day squad for the past couple of matches and the team is believed to have agreed to let their midfielder leave on loan with an option to buy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Munetsi joined Reims in 2019, and has been a regular in Ligue 1 this season, making 16 appearances for the team.
