Zimbabwe Warriors Defender Teenage Hadebe has completed his much anticipated move to the Major League Soccer (MLS) side Huston Dynamo for a record fee $1,65 million pending medicals and the outcome of his USA visa. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 25-year-old who was in the books of Turkish side Yeni Malatyaspor’s future had been up in the air ever since news came out of his pending move to the Major League Soccer last month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He will officially join as a designated player, which means his salary and transfer fee will be above the team’s salary cap, the club’s new majority owner and chairman Ted Sega confirmed the news on Tuesday during his inaugural speech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hadebe is expected to be coach Tab Ramos\u2019 first choice partner for Tim Parker, who was rewarded with a contract extension during his first season in Houston.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hadebe joined Yeni Malatyaspor from Kaizer Chiefs in 2019 and has been a key player during his two seasons in Turkey making 60 appearances and was named in the division’s team of the season in his debut campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is currently Huston Dynamo’s most expensive signing for the season and third all time highest signing after Tomas Martinez and Alberth Elis who joined in 2017 and 2018 for $2, 42M and $1,82M, respectively. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Huston Dynamo are currently seventh in the MSL western conference log with 12 points from nine games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
